Fair Developers is an Australian-managed engineering company based in Da Nang, Vietnam. We build dedicated AI, DevOps, cloud, and full-stack teams for founders and CTOs who care how systems behave after launch.
The short version
Fair Developers was founded on a simple observation: most offshore development fails not because of talent, but because of structure. Unclear ownership, rotating developers, no governance, no production standards.
We fix that. Every team we build has named ownership, stable composition, production-first standards, and Australian or EU engineers managing design, delivery, and operations.
The result is engineering capacity that scales without the failure modes that make founders distrust offshore teams. We're not optimizing for cheap. We're optimizing for controlled delivery.

Australian management, architecture review, and client strategy. Senior engineers who have shipped and operated real systems across APAC, EU, and North America own design, delivery, and uptime.
